CIVIL CELEBRANT, INDEPENDENT FUNERAL DIRECTOR, WRITER, PUBLIC SPEAKER, EVENT PRODUCER & EQUALITY & SOCIAL JUSTICE ADVOCATE
Residing in Wombarra, North of Wollongong with my husband, two teenage girls & much loved Staffy Yindi, we feel blessed to live in a little piece of paradise on the NSW South Coast. I am an active community member focused on social and environmental best practice, equality & social justice for all, and am honoured to be able to service my local & regional communities in this important role of Civil Celebrant.
Early on I trained as a classical dancer before working as a commercial dancer, choreographer, fashion director & producer of major events. In the mid nineties I moved into the Dramatic Arts studying at New Zealand Drama School before transitioning to theatre production & an acting career. A great role in the musical Chicago brought me to Australia in 1999 where I began a long career in TV, theatre, fashion, event management & film.
As a writer I currently have a number of projects in development to include; a comedy series written for television, a feature film and a comic novella of short tales. My experience in written & spoken word offers me the ability to create well structured & delivered scripts for your ceremony.
